OMNIALEX INTERNATIONAL LAWYERS S.L., with CIF B03968153, and registered office in Calpe, Alicante, Avenida de Europa, 16, 03710, will act as data controller, for the purposes provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). Given that the controller does not have a permanent establishment outside the national territory, it is not necessary to appoint a representative in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned regulation.
OMNIALEX INTERNATIONAL LAWYERS S.L. is a mercantile entity with its own legal personality, duly registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante, Volume 1738, Folio 92, Page A-28836, Entry 7.
Likewise, OMNIALEX INTERNATIONAL LAWYERS S.L. is not subject to the legal obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer, as it does not fall within the scope of Article 37 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
